Free Holiday Parking

The Torrington Parking Authority is wishing "Happy Holidays" to our motoring public, and is offering FREE on-street parking at meters throughout the City of Torrington. Free parking will begin December 14th and will run through December 27, 2003. Please note that the parking lots are not included.
