The City of Torrington Parks and Recreation Department, in conjunction with the Police and Fire Departments, will be sponsoring a safety fair and Halloween party on Saturday, October 23rd, at the Armory, 153 South Main Street, Torrington, CT.
Activities will include the smoke house, face painting, bicycle safety, food and goodies, magic show, games and costume party for ages preschool to third grade. Costume judging and prizes given.
The event will start at 12:00 noon and end at 3:00 PM.
