Minutes of Meeting

Members Present: Iz Temkin, Ed Cook, Bill Hill, Mike Clark, Tom Jerram, Mayor Bingham, Alan Zordan,
Also in Attendance: Lorel Purcell, Jerry Rollett, Stephen Nocera, and Bob Roach
The meeting was opened at 6:35 PM
Approval of Minutes: The motion was tabled
Review of progress of ADA grant application: Mr. Cook gave a synopsis of the status of the grant work.
Update of project status and cost projections by O&G: An update of the schedule was given by Lorel
Purcell who explained that the committee is on schedule.
Status report by Friar with specific reference to Traffic Building site surveys: Bob Roach gave a synopsis of the Traffic Building explain that sidewalks need to be added along with some trees.
Other business: Ed cook reported that we would be having a presentation from Solar design at the next meeting
Adjournment: .On a motion from Mr. Clark and seconded by Mr. Hill the committee adjourned at 7:39pm.
