3. Friar review of Traffic building, Winthrop Street site, soil survey. Presentation of alternatives to stay at Winthrop Street site, Friar. Presentation of alternatives if the Winthrop site can not work, Mike Clark.
4. Status of ADA grant application and overview of research regarding possible historic preservation grant monies. Ed Cook
5. Status of reassignment of Small City grant monies to City Hall renovation project by Mayor Bingham.
6. General status report by Friar.
7. General status report by O&G, with specific reference to Project Timeline.
8. Discussion of procedure as to cleanup records etc. prior to personnel relocation. Steve Nocera/Mike Clark
9. Vote to enter executive session under contract negotiations.
