The Zoning Board of Appeals meets once a month as needed. Meetings are held at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Auditorium, 140 Main Street, Torrington.

The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides upon all requests for variances from the zoning regulations, as well as appeals of any order, requirement or decision made by an official responsible for the enforcement of the zoning regulations.
