The goal for this annual event is to end homelessness and provide individuals and families experiencing homelessness an opportunity to learn about and receive services and connect with needed resources. In addition to services, the event will provide a pathway to housing and self-sufficiency.

The event is a one-day, one stop community wide event to deliver free resources to individuals  
and families experiencing homelessness in Northwest Connecticut.

Project Homeless Connect and is sponsored by the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital Homeless Outreach Team in conjunction with the Litchfield County Continuum of Care and the City of Torrington.
