A:  Download the form and once completed, return to the Engineering Department at City Hall, Room 311, 140 Main Street, Torrington.

Q:      Can I widen my driveway or add another opening?
A:      Check with the Engineering office at 489-2234 / 489-2235 for review and approvals.
