Regulate the location of structures on land within specific zones; regulate uses on land within specific zones and manage the development and growth of Torrington. Includes a table of use, setback requirements, site plan and special exception requirements, conservation subdivisions, estate lots, farm requirements, landscape and environmental requirements as well as enforcement requirements.
Regulate the subdivision or resubdivision of property within Torrington. Includes topics of housing density, open space, infrastructure requirements etc.
Regutes the care and managment of all wetland and watercourses within Torrington. Includes required setbacks, definitions and exemptions.
