1.         Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on June 19, 2018.

2.         Vote to open the meeting to the public.

3.         Vote to authorize the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 budget amendments as described in City Comptroller Alice Proulx’s memo dated July 17, 2018.

4.        Vote to authorize the budget transfer requests described in City Comptroller Alice Proulx’s memo dated August 15, 2018.

5.         Vote to approve the request made by the Torrington Board of Education and Interim Superintendent Susan Lubomski to authorize the reallocation of $145,000 of Capital Resource funding to be applied to the projects described in Superintendent Lubomski’s letter dated August 14, 2018.

6.         Vote to accept the Board of Education financial reports.
