Agenda Item	Summary
1.	Vote to open the meeting to the public.
2. - 3.	2. Vote to re-appoint Joseph Petricone, Jr. to the Torrington Area Health District Board of Directors for a three year term to expire January 9, 2021. 3. Vote to accept the Mayor’s appointment of Beverly Delventhal-Sali as an alternate member of the Board of Ethics for a three year term.
4.	Vote to authorize the Purchasing Agent to enter into a contract for: a. Diesel Fuel b. #2 Fuel Oil c. Gasoline if the price is no greater than 10% over the bid price as presented on February 20, 2018.
5. - 6.	5. Vote to accept the selection committee’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor to award the Small Cities Community Development Program Administrator to Lisa Low & Associates, LLC of Oxford, CT. 6. Vote to accept the selection committee’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor to award the Administrative Services for Torrington’s Small Cities Income Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program to Lisa Low & Associates, LLC of Oxford, CT.
7.	Vote to accept Corporation Counsel’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor, pursuant to CGS §12-179, to release the lien described in Atty. LaMere’s Memo dated February 20, 2018.
8. - 9.	8. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 25 tax refunds indicated on the list dated February 20, 2018. 9. Acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the three sewer-usage fee refunds indicated on the list dated February 20, 2018.
10.	Vote to accept the Building Department’s report for January 2018.
