1	Acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), vote on the application by Woodridge Lake Sewer District (WLSD) to construct/extend and connect a sewer transmission line to the City of Torrington’s existing sanitary sewer system.
2 - 4	2. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 16, 2018. 3. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held March 5, 2018. 4. Vote to accept the minutes of the Public Hearing held March 5, 2018.
5	Vote to open the meeting to the public.
6	Vote to authorize the Mayor to enter into the intergovernmental agreement regarding workforce investment.
7	Vote to accept the recommendation of the Fleet Manager, Superintendent of Streets & Parks, Public Works Director, and Vehicle Replacement Committee and authorize the Mayor to purchase a Volvo L70H Loader through National Joint Power Alliance (NJPA) from Tyler Equipment, for $144,451.00 and to have the Mayor act on behalf of the City regarding the execution of the contract and its administration, pending Board of Finance approval on March 20th.
8	Vote to accept Corporation Counsel’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor, pursuant to CGS §12-179, to release the liens described in Atty. LaMere’s Memo dated March 19, 2018.
9 - 10	9. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 27 tax refunds indicated on the list dated March 19, 2018. 10. Acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the six sewer usage fee refunds indicated on the list dated March 19, 2018.
