5. Vote to approve the Mayor’s appointments of Tom Telman and Starley Arias as alternate members of the Flood and Erosion Control Board for the remainder of three-year terms expiring on February 1, 2022. 
 
6. Vote to approve the Mayor’s reappointments of Christine Altman, Dan McGuinness, and Tomasz Kalinowski as regular members of the Conservation Commission for three-year terms expiring on September 5, 2022.

8. Vote to accept Corporation Counsel’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor, pursuant to C.G.S. §12-179, to release the liens described in Atty. Muschell’s memo dated January 6, 2020.

9. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 17 tax refunds indicated on the list dated January 6, 2020.  
 
10. Herein acting as the WPCA, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the sewer usage refund indicated on the list dated January 6, 2020.
