Torrington residents may submit comments in writing to the City Clerk’s Office before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Written comments that are sent electronically to city_clerk@torringtonct.org or by mail to the City Clerk’s Office, 140 Main Street, Torrington, CT will be forwarded to the Board of Finance for their review in advance of the meeting.
- Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held November 17, 2020.
- Vote to authorize the reallocation of $16,515 from Contingency to the Torrington Youth Service Bureau for the 2020-2021 fiscal year budget, as approved by the City Council on December 7, 2020.
- Vote to accept the financial reports relating to the 2019 and 2020 bonded projects.
- Discussion: Business by Department Heads.
