1.  Public Comment: (in-person only)

Vote to open the meeting to the public, in accordance with Section 4(e) of the City Council & WPCA Meeting Rules of Procedure.

2. Presentation on Blight Enforcement:

Blight Enforcement properties update and statuses.

3. 126 High Street Property:

Vote to accept the Corporation Counsel's recommendation that the City seek sealed bids to sell real estate known as 126 High Street in accordance with his memo dated December 6, 2021.

4. Approval of Transfer Requests for RY 2020/2021

Vote to approve the budget modifications and transfers requests for FY2020/2021 described in the Comptroller’s memo dated December 6, 2021.

 5. Board of Education Request to Waive THS Bldg. Permit Fees:

Vote to approve the Board of Education Building Committee request to waive $1,224,841 in Building Permit Fees for the Torrington High School/Middle School.  Approved by the Board of Finance on November 16th, 2021.

6. Coe Memorial Park Budgets:

Vote to accept the Coe Memorial Park Budgets approved by the Parks and Recreation Commission on February 3, 2021.

 7. Tax Collector Refunds:

Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the tax refunds indicated on the list dated December 06, 2021.

8. Sewer Use Lien Release:

Vote to release the sewer use liens in Corporation Counsels memo of December 6, 2021.

9. Facility Assessment:

Vote to accept the recommendation of the Facilities Manager and authorize the Mayor to act on the behalf of the City to negotiate an On-call service agreement with Silver Petrucelli, for the facility building condition assessment for multiple city facilities as described in bid documents FRQ CFA-026-082321.
