CDBG Public Hearing

1. Vote to amend the City of Torrington’s Citizen’s Participation Plan to adopt a 5 day public comment period (in writing or electronic submission) and schedule a “virtual” public hearing on July 6, 2020 immediately following the previous “virtual” public hearing  regarding the 2020 Neighborhood Assistance Act which begins at 6:30 p.m. to solicit citizen input regarding the submission of an application to the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant – Coronavirus funding under the CARES Act (up to $170,000) for 2 additional staffing positions under the Northwest Homeless Diversion program.
