Vote to open the meeting to the public, in accordance with Section 4(e) of the City Council & WPCA Meeting Rules of Procedure.

Approve Minutes

Vote to accept the minutes from the Joint meeting with the Board of Finance on August 7, 2023.

Vote to accept the Regular Meeting Minutes from August 7, 2023.

 

Board of Ethics Appointments and Reappointments

Vote to appoint Darnell Battle (U), Sharon Waagner (D), and Travis Tanuis (D) as members of the Board of Ethics to fill the remainder of a term set to expire on August 31, 2023.

Vote to reappoint Joseph Quartiero (R). Tylar Young (R), Darnell Battle (U), Sharon Waagner (D), and Travis Tanuis (D) as members of the Board of Ethics with a term expiring August 31, 2026.

 

Inland Wetlands Commission Reappointments

Vote to reappoint Jay Bate (R) and Randy Stelma (U) as members of the Inland Wetlands Commission for a three-year term set to expire September 4, 2026.

 

Conservation Commission Reappointment

Vote to reappoint Michael Kaneb (U) as a member of the Conservation Commission for a three-year term set to expire on September 4, 2026. 

 

Building Department Report

Vote to accept the Building Department Report for the month of July 2023.

 

Lien Releases

Vote to release the liens listed in the Corporation Counsel’s memo of August 21, 2023.

 

Tax Collector Refunds

Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the tax refunds indicated on the list dated August 21, 2023.

 

Sewer Usage Refunds

Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the sewer usage refunds indicated on the list dated August 21, 2023.
