On the recommendation of the ARPA Committee, vote to conditionally approve the following Grant Application requests pending a 2nd quote before the final grant amount is approved:

- 22A Water St Amanda Castillo, Temple Soulon, Signage, and window display – $1,582.
- 515 Main St Kathryn Balmir, Home Angel Investors LLC, New Siding and Window replacement – $10,188.
- 25 Main St John H. Noelke, Howards Book Store, Install Fire Alarm system on all floors – $8,250.
- 405 Migeon Ave Tanya Dowd, Lily & Vine Floral Design, façade, and new signage – $20,984.
