  1. Minutes: Vote to approve the minutes of the regular joint meeting held May 6, 2020.
  2. Presentation of the second quarter results for the Police and Firemen’s Pension Fund and the City Employees’ Retirement Fund by Tony Tranghese of DiMeo Schneider & Associates.
  3. Vote by the Board of Trustees of the Police and Firemen's Pension Fund to accept the recommended changes as presented by DiMeo Schneider & Associates for the Police and Firemen’s Pension Fund.
  4. Vote by the Board of Trustees of the City Employees' Retirement Fund to accept the recommended changes as presented by DiMeo Schneider & Associates for the City Employees' Retirement Fund.
  5. Presentation by Tony Tranghese and Daniel Duffy of DiMeo Schneider & Associates regarding the Investment Fund Menu for the City of Torrington 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan.
  6. Vote by the City Council to approve changes to the investment lineup for 401(a) plans as presented by DiMeo Schneider & Associates and recommended by the Retirement Investment Committee.
  7. Pension Computations:

Board of Trustees of the City Employees' Retirement Fund, AFSCME Council 4, Local 2212 City Hall Employees:

a) Vote to accept the pension computation effective February 22, 2020 for Edward Scarpati, Building Inspector for the City of Torrington Building Department, after 11 years of service.

Board of Trustees of the Police and Firemen's Pension Fund - AFSCME Council 15, Local 442:

b) Vote to accept the pension computation effective July 9, 2020, for John Lemieux, Police Officer for the City of Torrington Police Department, after 23 years of service.

c) Vote to accept the pension computation effective July 1, 2020, for Mark Cattey, Sergeant for the City of Torrington Police Department, after 26.45 years of service.
