Comments from the public: Written comments that are sent electronically to city_clerk@torringtonct.org or by mail to the City Clerk’s Office, 140 Main Street, Torrington, CT 06790 before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 6, 2022, will be forwarded to the Board of Councilman for their review in advance of the public hearings. Members of the public who choose to attend in person will have the opportunity to present their comments at each of the public hearings. Each speaker will be granted up to three minutes to present his/her comments. |
