Comments from the public: Written comments that are sent electronically to city_clerk@torringtonct.org or by mail to the City Clerk’s Office, 140 Main Street, Torrington, CT 06790 before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2023, will be forwarded to the Board of Councilman for their review in advance of the public hearing. Members of the public who choose to attend in person will have the opportunity to present their comments at the public hearing. Each speaker will be granted up to three minutes to present his/her comments.
