APPLICATION FOR BULK WASTE PERMIT

NO INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR DOORS OR WINDOWS INCLUDING SCREEN DOORS AND WINDOWS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED. CONTACT ALBREADA 860-482-6319 FOR DISPOSAL OPTIONS. 

Instructions: Fill out this form completely and click the submit button. Please be specific as only listed items will be picked up. No excess bags of trash or clothing will be picked up. No car parts, demolition or construction materials will be picked up. 

You only need to hit the submit button one time.  Hitting the submit button more than one time will send additional pick up requests. An email confirmation will be sent if you provide your email address. 

Items will only be picked up on your schedule trash day. Please send form at least one day before scheduled trash day to allow time for processing and scheduling. Mon-Thur by 3:30 pm, Fri by 12:00 noon.  Applications are not processed on the weekends.

UPON SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM -- You certify that the information on this form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.  You certify that you are a Torrington resident and the items listed are your personal possessions or belonged to a Torrington resident who has vacated a rental premise. In addition, you understand that your permit may be revoked if you fail to comply with all applicable Ordinances, Rules and Regulations regarding the use of the Curbside Bulky Waste Collection, or if this permit application contains false information.
