Holiday trash collection schedule & tree pickup schedule

There will be no curbside collection of garbage and recycables on New Year's Day, Monday, January 1st 2018.  There will be a one day delay for pickup of all municipal solid waste and recycables collection for the remainder of the week following New Year's Day.  Friday's regularly scheduled collection will be on Saturday.

Christmas tree pick up for Torrington residents will begin Monday, January 8th and end Friday, January 12th. Christmas trees will be picked up with separate trucks on the same day as trash. Trees should not be placed curbside until their collection day to prevent plows from covering them with ice and snow. Trees must have all tree stands, ornaments, lights and tree bags removed.

Condo Residents: Trees will be picked up anytime during the week of January 8th starting at 6 AM.
