The City of Torrington is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for construction inspection services for roadway related construction work. Respondents are requested to submit their Resume delivered to the Purchasing Agent, 140 Main Street, Room 206, Torrington, CT 06790, during normal office hours by no later than 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 11, 2021.  Submittals received after this date and time will be not be accepted. Sealed envelope shall be clearly marked: “RFQ ISE-027-051121, INSPECTION SERVICES”.  The inspection services will be paid at a rate of $30.00 per hour.
 
This RFQ does not commit the City of Torrington to select any Respondent or enter into any contract agreement. The City of Torrington reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and if it is deemed to be in the public interest, to enter directly into negotiations with one or more Respondents based on responses to the RFQ.
