NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

The City of Torrington is seeking qualified Housing Rehabilitation Contractors to perform Housing Rehabilitation activities for the City of Torrington.  Funds for this program are available through a 2018 Small Cities Grant funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under the auspices of Connecticut’s Department of Housing.  Contractors are urged to contact the Grant Administrator, Lisa Low & Associates, for upcoming jobs, schedules and job details 203-888-5624.
