42 Pythian Avenue – Project # 143SC1801-18

Vote to approve an additional $2,961.84, at 42 Pythian Avenue, for the replacement of the front entry door and storm door, and one replacement window. The current Small Cities loans total $30,919.55, this will increase the total amount of the loans to $33,881.39 and the mortgage will be modified to reflect the increase, pending City Council approval.
