2200 Torringford West Street – Project #143-PI-47

Vote to approve an amount not to exceed $4,000 for the installation of a new oil tank replacing the rusted oil tank at 2200 Torringford West Street, pending City Council approval.

42 Pythian Avenue – Project # 143SC1801-18

Vote to approve an additional $32, at 42 Pythian Avenue. The current Small Cities loans total $33,881.39, this will increase the total amount of the loans to $33,913.39 and the mortgage will be modified to reflect the increase, pending City Council approval.
