CITY OF TORRINGTON
ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
2023 Personal Property Declarations have been mailed to new and existing businesses.
Any individual or business, which has Personal Property to declare, Must do so. Declarations must be received on or before November 1, 2023. Failure to file will result in a twenty-five (25%) penalty against the assessed value of the property.
