Vote to open the meeting to the public.

Approve Meeting Minutes

Vote to accept the meeting minutes from September 21, 2021.

Vote to accept the meeting minutes from November 16, 2021.

Vote to accept the meeting minutes from December 20, 2021.

Traffic Box Damage

Vote to authorize to use of up to $25,000.00 from contingency to repair/replace traffic box that was damaged at the intersection of Church Street and Migeon Avenue, pending City Council approval.

VHF Antenna Repair

Vote to authorize the use of $7,729.26 of contingency funds to repair VHF antenna at University Drive Cell Tower as shown on attached Marcus Communications invoice, pending City Council approval.

Budget Modifications

Vote to approve the FY 21/22 Budget Modifications described in the Comptroller’s memo dated January 3, 2022, previously approved by City Council on January 3, 2022.
