Approve Meeting Minutes  

Vote to accept the Regular meeting minutes from January 17, 2023.

 

Torrington Youth Service Bureau

Vote to approve an increase of $894.00 in funding to the Torrington Youth Service Bureau to be paid from Contingency, pending approval from the City Council.

 

 

FY 22-23 Budget Amendment and Transfer Requests

Vote to authorize the following budget transfer and amendment requests for FY 22/23 as further described in City Comptroller’s letter dated February 16, 2023, pending City Council approval.
