Vote to open the meeting to the public.

Vote to accept the Regular meeting minutes from November 1, 2023.

Discussion and vote to establish a Board of Public Safety Policy Subcommittee.

Vote to utilize the NASPO Master Agreement #164719 for the purchase of 47 Body Armor/Carriers, from Fairfield Uniform Company of Bridgeport, CT in the amount of $43,565, as further explained in Chief Baldwin’s letter dated October 30, 2023, having been previously approved by the City Council.  This purchase will be funded from a $21,000 Training Grant and the remainder from the Police Capital Account under Body Armor. 

Vote to accept Police Chief Baldwin’s report for October 2023.

Vote to accept Fire Chief Borden’s report for October 2023.

Vote to accept the EMS Provider Activity report for October 2023.

Vote to consider business by the Volunteer Fire Departments.

Vote to consider business by the Mayor and members of the Board of Public Safety
