their review and consideration.

 

  1. Vote to open the meeting to the public. (*For members of the public attending in-person only.)
  2. Vote to accept meeting minutes from October 6, 2021. 
  3. Vote to accept meeting minutes from November 3, 2021.
  4. Vote to accept Officer Caitlin Fay as a regular member of the Torrington Police Department after completing her probationary period with the Department on December 22, 2021. 
  5. Vote to accept Officer David Kisiel and Officer Matthew Belonick as regular members of the Torrington Police Department after completing their probationary period with the Department on February 5, 2022.
  6. Vote to enter Executive session to discuss personnel matter (PD Disability Retirement) pursuant to C.G.S. §1 -200(6)(A).
  7. Vote to return to open session.
  8. Vote to consider items in Executive session.
  9. Vote to accept Police Chief Baldwin’s reports for October, November, and December 2021.
  10. Vote to accept Interim Fire Chief Tripp's report for October, November, and December 2021.
  11. Vote to accept Training Officer Shopey's report for October, November, and December 2021.
  12. Vote to accept Fire Marshal Bascetta’s report for October, November, and December 2021.
  13. Vote to accept the EMS Provider Activity report for October, November, and December 2021.
  14. Vote to accept the Drakeville Volunteer Fire Department reports from September, October, November, and December 2021.
  15. Vote to consider business by the Volunteer Fire Departments.
  16. Vote to consider business by Department Heads.
  17. Vote to consider business by the Mayor and members of the Board of Public Safety
