5. Resolution-Cafeteria Plan	Vote to adopt Resolution #143-17-13 authorizing the Mayor as authorized representative of the Employer to execute and deliver to the Comptroller as Administrator, one or more counterparts of the Cafeteria Plan effective July 1, 2017.
6. Vehicle-Meals on Wheels	Vote to accept the recommendation of the Services for the Elderly Commission, waive the bid process, and approve the grant-funded purchase of a Hot Shot II Chevy Colorado 6 Series 70/30 food transport unit from sole provider Delivery Concepts East of Hampstead, NC, for a price not to exceed $46,000.
