1. Small Cities Grant Application 2017. Vote to adopt Resolution #143-17-8, authorizing and directing the Mayor to file an application with the Commissioner of the Department of Housing for   $400,000 to undertake a Small Cities Community Development Program.
2. Minutes. Vote to accept the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 21, 2017. Vote to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting held March 1, 2017.
3. Open to Public. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
4. Discussion: Tax Collection from Hairdressing Salons
5. Fireworks Display 2017. Vote to accept the Purchasing Agent’s recommendation to authorize the Mayor to award, execute and administer a contract for the 2017 Fireworks Display to Pyro Engineering, Inc. (dba Bay Fireworks) of Bethpage, NY for the amount of $13,900.
6. THS Turf Payment. Vote to authorize the payment of $738.34 to Gibson Holdings, LLC (dba Giordano Signs) for Invoice #8741 dated February 21, 2017, for the rules sign at the THS Athletic Field.
7. Tax Collector Tax Refunds. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 26 tax refunds indicated on the list dated March 6, 2017.
8. Tax Collector Sewer Usage Fee Refunds. Herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 29 sewer usage fee refunds indicated on the list dated March 6, 2017.
9. Business by Dept. Heads. Vote to consider business presented by Department Heads.    
10. Business:  Mayor & Members. Vote to consider business presented by the Mayor and members of the City Council.
11. Open to Public: Agenda Items Only. Vote to open the meeting to the public to discuss agenda items only.
