PRESS RELEASE- KEEP GUTTERS CLEAR

With the impending rain events and resulting snow melt the Department of Public Works would like to request and remind all residents and property owners that pursuant to Torrington Code Chapter 180-3 The occupants, owners or any person having care of any building or lot of land abutting any street shall at all times keep the gutters and drains clear at all times so as to permit the free passage of water.
