Contractor must be licensed and insured and meet or exceed all the conditions and terms of the City of Torrington
·Type 1 School Bus that seats approximately 60 children
 
Please fill in tables on Option A and Option B. 
The City of Torrington reserves the right to select either Option A, Option B, Options A&B, a portion of Option A, a portion of Option B, or no Options.

The City reserves the right to extend the contract for additional year(s) provided all terms and conditions remain in full force and effect except for the contract period being extended. This option to renew requires the mutual agreement of both parties.
