Torrington residents may submit comments in writing to the City Clerk’s Office before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.   Written comments that are sent electronically to city_clerk@torringtonct.org or by mail to the City Clerk’s Office, 140 Main Street, Torrington, CT will be forwarded to the Board of Finance for their review in advance of the meeting.

1.  Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held July 21, 2020.

2.  Vote to accept the Board of Education financial reports.

3.  Vote to authorize the refund of taxes paid by KidsPlay Museum in accordance with Corporation Counsel’s Memorandum dated July 22,2020.

4.  Vote to authorize the transfers to the OPEB Fund listed in the Comptroller’s memo dated August 11, 2020.

5.  Vote to authorize the budget modifications for FY 2020/2021 listed in the Comptroller’s memo dated August 11, 2020.

6.  Discussion: 2019/2020 Bonded Projects Reports

7.  Discussion: Business by Department Heads.

8.  Discussion: Business by the Mayor and Members of the Board of Finance.

9.  Adjournment.
