Roll-Call Vote: Sewer User Fee

1. Vote by Board of Councilmen, herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to accept the recommendation of the WPCA Administrator and Public Works Director to set the sewer use fee for the year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022 as follows:

• For Residential Users: $302.00 per dwelling unit
• For All Other Users: $302.00 per 65,000 gallons of volume of flow

WPCA Budget

2. Vote by Board of Councilmen, herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve WPCA Budget for year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022.

WPCA Capital Improvement Program

3. Vote by Board of Councilmen, herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve WPCA Five-Year Capital Improvement Budget/Program for year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2026.

WPCA Miscellaneous Fee Schedule

4. Vote by Board of Councilmen, herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve WPCA Miscellaneous Fee Schedule for year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022.

Franklin Street

5. Discussion and potential action regarding Franklin Street remediation costs.

6. Vote to adopt a resolution authorizing the execution an Amended Assistance Agreement for the project at 100 Franklin Street.
