1. Approve Minutes

        Vote to accept the meeting minutes from May 16, 2022.

2. Police Contract Amendment

Vote to authorize the Personnel Director to enter into an agreement between the City and Police Union Local 442, Council #4, AFSMCE, AFL-CIO regarding the adoption of a Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP).

3. Cleaning of Armory and Teen Center BID #CLN-038-050622

Vote to authorize the Mayor to act on behalf of the City and award the contract for cleaning services to Borja Housekeeping, LLC of Torrington, CT for $31,080.

4. Portable Toilets

Vote to authorize the Mayor to award the rental of Portable Toilets to United Rentals dba Reliable Onsite Services, Wappingers Falls, NY, and to act on behalf of the City regarding the execution of the contract and its administration, as presented in the Purchasing Agents memo dated May 19, 2022.

5. Fireworks

Vote on the contract as presented.
