- Neighborhood Assistance Act 2024 Roll Call Vote to accept the proposals for participation in the 2024 Neighborhood Assistance Act Program, as presented.

- WPCA Payment Authorization Vote by the City Council herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority to approve a payment of $11,475.00 from Fund #490 Sanitary Sewer Capital Improvement to Yield Industries LLC for Invoice #235817 for Thompson Dr. Sewer Main Repair.
- WPCA Half Ton 4X4 Super Cab Vote by City Council herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to authorize the Mayor to act on behalf of the City to award, execute, and administer a contract for the purchase of the 2024 Super Duty F600 XL DRW with dump body and plow package to McGovern/MHQ of Middletown, CT in the amount of $149,500.This purchase will be funded through the WPCA Capital Reserve, as further explained in the Purchasing Agent’s letter dated May 23, 2024.
- Police Dept. Toughbooks Vote to approve the purchase of four (4) Panasonic Toughbook 33 Computer Systems and associated mounting equipment for the incoming Police patrol vehicles for $27,350 from the Vehicle Replacement Fund.
