RIVERVIEW PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Torrington will be reconstructing the Riverview Parking Lot and Daycoeton Place next to the main library starting on May 13, 2024 and continuing throughout the summer until August 30, 2024.

The public is to expect road and partial parking lot closures and daily traffic delays due to reconstruction activities. Pass through traffic is not permitted and should use alternate routes. 

Limited parking will be available in the existing lot and phased throughout construction.  Vehicles in violation will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
