Sealed bids will be received by the City of Torrington, at the office of the City Purchasing Agent, 
City Hall, Room 206, 140 Main Street, Torrington, Connecticut until May 27, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. for 
the following project:

Bidders must register on the City’s website at www.torringtonct.org/bids to download the bid 
documents under “BIDS & RFPS”. Those without internet access may call (860) 489-2225 to request the 
bid documents.

The City of Torrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive 
technicalities, or to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bid, and to award the 
contract as it feels will best serve the public interest.

There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE ON THE SITE AT 9:00 A.M. ON MAY 18, 2021, at the Sullivan
Senior Center, 88 E. Albert Street, Torrington, CT.
