Replace Pump/Control at Evergreen Pump Station	Vote by City Council acting herein as the Water Pollution Control Authority accept the WPCA Administrator recommendation to accept Blake Equipment Proposal #23280 as a Sole Source Procurement for the replacement of Pump and Control Panel at Evergreen Pump Station.
Release Liens	Vote to accept Corporation Counsel’s recommendation and authorize the Mayor, pursuant to CGS §12-179, to release the liens described in Atty. LaMere’s Memo dated November 13, 2017.
Tax Refunds	Vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the 13 tax refunds indicated on the list dated November 13, 2017 and the single tax refund on the list dated November 20, 2017.
Sewer Refunds	Herein acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority, vote to accept the recommendation of the Tax Collector and authorize the sewer usage fee refund indicated on the list dated November 13, 2017.
