Job Description:   Performs engineering work in the field and office related to survey, design and inspections of engineering projects. Works under the general administrative and technical direction of the City and Deputy City Engineer. The employee is expected to perform the routine tasks independently with general direction of technical superiors. The employee may supervise other workers assigned to assist on specific jobs.
